Ballpark Village is a mixed-use retail, entertainment, office and residential district in St. Louis, Missouri, developed in partnership with the St. Louis Cardinals. Spanning seven city blocks directly adjacent to and integrated with the Cardinals’ Busch Stadium, Ballpark Village was the country’s first fully integrated mixed-use development designed to deliver the excitement and energy of the game-day experience outside the stadium walls.

Phase 1 of the district includes flagship anchors Cardinals Nation, Cardinals Hall of Fame and Anheuser-Busch’s first ever venue, the Budweiser Brew House and Beer Garden. These venues set new standards for game-watching and entertainment experiences, with luxury terraces and stadium-style seating with direct views into Busch Stadium. The district also features the revolutionary Bally Sports Live! venue, a year-round central gathering place featuring a stage for concerts and performances, a state-of-the-art large-format high definition LED screen for the ultimate sports-viewing experience, a 200-seat restaurant and VIP seating area. It features a 100-foot long retractable glass roof – one of the largest of its kind in the country – that makes the district a 365-day a year destination.

Phase 2, a $300 million, three city block expansion of Ballpark Village, opened in 2020. The neighborhood now offers a 300-unit, 30-story luxury residential tower, One Cardinal Way; a 220-room, 4-star hotel, Live! by Loews; an 11-story Class A office building anchored by PwC, The PwC Pennant Building; 100,000 SF of additional retail anchored by a 45,000 SF Genesis Health Club; and Champions Walk plaza for family events and concerts.

In June 2021 The Cordish Companies opened the third location of its coworking space, Spark St. Louis, within the PwC Pennant Building.
