Waterside District developer announces details on upstairs lounge: Harbor Club

NORFOLK, VA - As Waterside District nears its April opening, Baltimore-based developer The Cordish Cos. has announced details about an upstairs lounge.

Dubbed the "Harbor Club," the space will feature an outdoor veranda facing the Elizabeth River, fire pits and a menu of small plates and craft cocktails. The 8,000-square-foot venue will be able to hold up to 500 people and will be available for parties and private events.

The club accompanies a mix of other branded spaces and vendors, such as Rappahannock Oyster Co., Guy Fieri’s Smokehouse, PBR, Blue Moon TapHouse, The Fudgery, Cogan’s Pizza, Carolina Cupcakery and Starr Hill Brewery.

The developer has committed to a $40 million overhaul of the Norfolk property.
